WHEATON, Md., March 30 /U.S. Newswire/ -- Supported by the National Association of Air Traffic Specialists, 796 Flight Service Controllers are filing suit in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia on March 31, to halt the Bush Administration's plan to force out older workers before their retirement vests by contracting out a major portion of the nation's Air Traffic Control System.
