WHEATON, Md., May 13 /U.S. Newswire/ -- The availability of a
dedicated group of federal employees that can inform the aviation
community of current aviation procedures, restrictions and
regulations could have prevented Wednesday's hysteria in the Capitol.
Unfortunately the Federal Aviation Administration has turned its back
on the Flight Service Stations and has begun the process to
discontinue some of these valuable services to the aviation
community.
Most of the general aviation community is aware of the
availability of the Flight Service Station's benefit to the general
