The chiefs of the Reserve Component forces and Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton are among a cast of speakers who will present at the Reserve Officers Association's (ROA) 79th Annual National Convention from July 28-30, 2005, at the Marriott Marquis, Times Square in New York City.

ROA will attract Reserve Soldiers, Marines, Sailors, Airmen, and Coast Guardsmen to their annual event where they will discuss force structure, pay and benefits, employer issues, and the roles and missions of the National Guard and Reserve in current and future military operations.
