WASHINGTON, Sept. 20 /U.S. Newswire/ -- The House Ethics Committee
has made history this year -- the wrong kind of history.
"We are now two-hundred and sixty days into the current session of
this Congress and, incredibly, the House Ethics Committee is still
not operational," according to Democracy 21 President Fred
Wertheimer.
"This is an unprecedented and disgraceful performance that has
seriously undermined the integrity and credibility of the House,"
