revealing ties between Harvard University and the Hitler regime, will
present important new research on the U.S. academic community's
response to the Nazis, at a conference in Washington, D.C. next week.
Prof. Stephen Norwood of the University of Oklahoma will speak on
"The Response of the American Academic Community to the Persecution
of German Jewry, 1933-1939," at the annual conference of the
Association for Jewish Studies (AJS), the premier organization of
