WASHINGTON, Nov. 16 /U.S. Newswire/ -- A new national poll by Harvard University's Institute of Politics (IOP), located at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, finds that students -- like other Americans -- rate President George W. Bush at the lowest point in his presidency, and believe in record numbers that the country is off on the wrong track.
