WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 /U.S. Newswire/ -- The Republican National
Committee today unveiled a new television advertisement entitled,
"Harry Reid And The Democrats: Dishonest On Iraq." The
advertisement, which is part of a combined web and television
campaign, highlights pre-war statements by Senator Harry Reid and
other Democrat leaders about the threat of Saddam Hussein and Iraq.
The 60-second spot will run this weekend on national cable and
local outlets. The ad, which will start airing in Las Vegas on
Sunday, is in response to Harry Reid and Democrat leaders who have
attempted to distance themselves from the decisions that led to the
war in Iraq while casting blame on President Bush.
