WASHINGTON, May 17 /U.S. Newswire/ -- On the same day that convicted phone-jamming conspirator James Tobin was sentenced to ten months in prison for his role in a criminal campaign to keep New Hampshire voters from getting to the polls, the people of New Hampshire learned that Deputy White House Chief of Staff Karl Rove will headline a fundraiser for the state Republican Party.
