LOS ANGELES, June 28 /U.S. Newswire/ -- McNeil Nutritionals, a subsidiary of behemoth Johnson & Johnson, has filed a counter- suit to again try to silence the Sugar Association's efforts to raise consumer awareness about McNeil's false and deceptive advertising of the artificial sweetener Splenda.
