is offering the Personal Property Appraisal Certificate Program a
comprehensive personal property valuation program in fine arts,
antiques, and much more. This four-course, sequenced series begins
Sept. 7, 2006 and will be held at the University of Georgia Center
for Continuing Education Conference Center & Hotel, 1197 S. Lumpkin
