LAS VEGAS, Nov. 11 /U.S. Newswire/ -- The American Medical Association (AMA) today honored Florida Medical Association (FMA) Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer, Sandra B. Mortham, with the 2006 Medical Executive Meritorious Achievement Award.
