WHAT: Dorothy's ruby slippers and the Scarecrow costume from "The Wizard of Oz"; Abraham Lincoln's top hat; Jacqueline Kennedy's 1961 inaugural ball gown and Muhammad Ali's boxing gloves come together for the first time in an unprecedented exhibition, "Treasures of American History," presented by the Smithsonian's National Museum of American History and opens Nov. 17 at the National Air and Space Museum.
