JACKSONVILLE, Fla., March 28 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Amelia
Island Concours d'Elegance Foundation, Inc. announced today that Tom
Cotter will join the organization as Co-Chairman, working side-by-
side with show founder and chairman Bill Warner to take over duties
