WASHINGTON, May 11 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The SCOOTER Store Inc. will pay the United States $4 million, and give up many millions more in pending claims for reimbursement to Medicare, to settle allegations that the company violated the civil False Claims Act and defrauded the United States, the Justice Department announced today.
