NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas, May 11 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The
SCOOTER Store announced today that it has settled a civil lawsuit
against the U.S. Department of Justice and relinquished its right to
collect Medicare reimbursements for certain power wheelchairs and
scooters, which the company maintains were properly delivered to
qualified Medicare beneficiaries.
