DALLAS, May 29 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The California Public
Employees Retirement System (CalPERS), which owns 30 million shares
of ExxonMobil stock, has joined a group of more than two dozen
institutional investors seeking the removal of Exxon Mobil board
member Michael Boskin due to the company's inaction on the business
risks from climate change. Boskin chairs the board's Public Issues
Committee and his reappointment will be decided at the company's
annual corporate meeting Wednesday in Dallas.
