SACRAMENTO, Calif., May 8 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- At the 108th Annual California State PTA Convention in Sacramento, May 3-6, 2007, the new California State PTA president, Pam Brady, was installed along with the other members of the Board of Directors by Jack O'Connell, superintendent of public instruction.
