NEW ORLEANS, La., May 18 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Dorothy Rubit has suffered many losses during her lifetime. She survived Hurricane Katrina, but the 86-year-old woman lost most of her possessions in the storm. She has also endured the loss of loved ones, and her own health is failing so badly that she can no longer walk.
