WASHINGTON, June 22 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- In light of new
revelations that Vice President Cheney is claiming that his office is
not subject to an executive order governing the handling of
classified information because as president of the Senate he has both
legislative and executive duties, CREW asks if Vice President Cheney
is attempting to create a fourth branch of the government?
Under his argument, if Mr. Cheney is not subject to executive
branch security requirements, surely he must be subject to Senate
rules.
