WASHINGTON, Aug. 22 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The battle over
whether terminally ill patients have a constitutional right to access
experimental drugs is far from over, says Scott Ballenger, the
attorney representing Abigail Alliance in its lawsuit against the
Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
