WASHINGTON, Oct. 24 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Today, Rep. Bennie
G. Thompson (D-MS), Chairman of the Committee on Homeland Security,
and Rep. Jane Harman (D-CA), Chair of the Subcommittee on
