Article: Japan's Four "Mad Cows" Fed Same Milk Substitute

The cow confirmed Monday to be infected with mad cow disease was fed the same milk substitute as were three other infected cows in Japan, Kyodo reported Wednesday.

A Japanese agricultural cooperative said all four cows in Japanso far confirmed as having bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE),had been fed milk substitute produced by Scientific Feed Laboratory Co. in Gunma Prefecture.
