HONG KONG, Nov. 9 (Xinhua) -- Satellite tracking is used to trace the migratory route and feeding ground of a green turtle by the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department (AFCD) of Hong Kong for the conservation of this highly endangered species.

"This is the first time Hong Kong applied this technique to trace a green turtle," AFCD Nature Conservation Officer Simon Chan Kin- fung said at a media briefing Saturday on the conservation work and breeding result of green turtles in Hong Kong this year.
