Bush discounts Iraqi Parliament's rejection of UN resolution
WASHINGTON, Nov. 12 (Xinhua) -- US President George W. Bush on
Monday discounted the Iraqi parliament's rejection of the United
Nations Security Council's resolution passed last Friday, calling
for disarmament of Iraq's weapons of mass destruction.
Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein "must comply with UN resolutions or
the United States will lead a coalition to disarm him," Bush said
during a visit to the US capital's police department.
