Japan welcomes outcome of inter-Korean talksTOKYO, Jan. 24 (Xinhua) -- The Japanese government welcomed Friday the joint statement of the inter-Korean ministerial talks in which both sides pledged a peaceful resolution to the nuclear issue, Japan's Kyodo News reported.
