BALI, INDONESIA, Jan. 21 (Xinhua) -- It has been three months since the October bombing in Bali last year, which resulted in a tragic loss of lives and triggered unprecedented crisis in the province, with the ongoing recovery programs having yet to deliver the desired outcomes.

Direct tourist arrivals in December increased to 64,352 as opposed to 31,497 in November -- reflecting possibly a bounce from peak season holiday travel rather than a sign of recovery.
