Traveling to other countries has always been very popular with
Americans, and a lot of us are making our plans for trips to exotic
places as we speak. Renting a car wherever we land is often first on
the list of to-dos. We like the freedom of having our own transport
and enjoy the fun of finding our way around a new place, to say
nothing of the pleasure of being able to come and go as we please.
Some of us actually need a car to pursue our professions or hobbies,
and the ability to drive is imperative.
As it turns out, not all of us are "eligible" to drive in other
