There's a lot of Justin James in Missouri ace Aaron Crow.

James was a seemingly tireless worker in 2003 as he helped pitch the Tigers into an NCAA Regional. James mentored Danny Hill and Garrett Broshuis, who in turn paved the way for Max Scherzer and Nathan Culp.

As the Tigers enter the Big 12 Tournament in Oklahoma City, it's no surprise that they're riding the arms of Crow and Rick Zagone, two pitchers who learned from some quality athletes. James, Hill, Broshuis, Scherzer and Culp were all selected in the Major League Baseball draft.
