Many dieters have chicken over for dinner on a regular basis.

Baked chicken. Grilled chicken. Chicken stir-fry. Chicken soup.

But chicken salad usually doesn't get a place at the table because it often brings mayonnaise and other not-so-healthy companions along, and most weight-loss programs don't have enough room for that.

Don't worry, you don't have to banish chicken salad from your table. With some simple changes, it can be a good dinner guest.
