When the Rock Bridge boys soccer team last played Hickman, the
Bruins were done in by a pair of defensive breakdowns. Evan Camden
dribbled through the defense, and then Graham Lloyd one-timed a ball
into the net.
The Rock Bridge backline will have a chance to show how much it
has improved since the Sept. 26 game when the two teams meet again
Tuesday in the Class 3 District 10 semifinals.
The Bruins (10-14) advanced to the second round of district play
with a 1-0 double-overtime win against Jefferson City (9-14-1)
yesterday at Rock Bridge Field. Hickman, the No. 1 seed, had a first-
round bye.
