holding its second annual Diversity Week, from June 6 to 10, to
underscore the strategic value which its diverse personnel brings to
the Bank's customer service quality and organizational climate. As
part of its ongoing commitment to employment equity, the Bank
continues to develop and implement innovative strategies and programs
designed to build awareness among its employees and recruit a
diversified workforce. Between 2002 and 2003, the representation of
