OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - May 31, 2005) - Dr. David Suzuki
is asking Canadians to take action against air pollution by
participating in this year's Commuter Challenge (June 5 - 11.) The
David Suzuki Foundation has won the Challenge in its category ever
since the inception of the competition. This year, Dr. Suzuki has
given his support to this Clean Air Day initiative in a radio public
service announcement airing across Canada.
The Commuter Challenge is a friendly competition between Canadian
communities to encourage as many people as possible to use
sustainable and active modes of transportation during Environment
