TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - June 20, 2005) - Coretec Inc.
(TSX:CYY) reported today that it and Unicircuit, Inc. have mutually
agreed to terminate their discussions about a possible merger of the
two companies and have terminated the Letter of Intent between the
two parties. The entering into of the Letter of Intent was previously
announced on May 17, 2005.
