LONGUEUIL, QUEBEC--(CCNMatthews - Dec. 13, 2005) - Prevention and
education are the best strategies for the avoidance of allergic
reactions to food.
"The loss of a life due to food allergies is dramatic, and the
only way to prevent severe allergic reactions like anaphylaxis is to
continue to educate and work on prevention," states Claire Dufresne,
