LAS VEGAS--(CCNMatthews - Jan 6, 2006) -
More than ever before the IFA proved itself to be the industry's
number one meeting place in 2005. The CE industry's longest-standing
trade fair at international level hosted 1,202 exhibitors from 40
countries and drew 245,849 visitors, statistics which convinced not
only the mainstream CE industry. IT companies also regard their
significantly higher participation at this year's IFA as representing
a gain.
Now scheduled to take place annually from 2006 (1 to 6 September),
the IFA is recognized as the CE event which unites the CE, IT and
telecommunications sectors under a single roof, while strongly
