appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer and a Non - Executive
Director to the Board of the Company.
Appointment of Chief Executive Officer
Mr Tommy McKeith has been appointed Chief Executive Officer
("CEO") and an Executive Director of Troy effective 3rd April 2006.
Mr McKeith has spent the last seventeen years with international
gold mining company, Gold Fields Limited including seven years as
Gold Fields' Australasian Exploration Manager. In 2001, Mr. McKeith
