VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - June 1, 2006) -
Geologix Explorations Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:GIX) is
pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual & Extraordinary
General Meeting of Shareholders held on May 10, 2006, Dunham L.
Craig, P. Geo. was elected to the Board of Directors of the Company
along with the re-election of Robert D. Willis P. Eng., Randy V.J.
Smallwood, P. Eng and Graham C. Thody, CA.
The Directors of the Company wish to express their gratitude to
Bruce McLeod for his contributions to the Board during the periods
that he served as Director. Mr. McLeod did not stand for re-
election at the Annual & Extraordinary General Meeting.
