Husseini Advanced Modular Power Systems, ("AMPS"), a Middle Eastern firm with its headquarters in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. AMPS sells and operates energy efficiency infrastructure and control monitoring systems throughout the Middle East. Under the agreement, AMPS will sell STI's Lumen IQ(TM) street light control system to its clients in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Iraq, Iran, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Lebanon and Yemen.
