TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - July 9, 2007) - DUNDEE REIT
(TSX:D.UN) today announced that its board of trustees has approved
August 15, 2007 as the date for a special meeting of unitholders of
Dundee REIT to consider and vote on the previously announced sale of
Dundee REIT's portfolio of real estate assets located principally in
Ontario, Quebec and Newfoundland to GE Real Estate, and certain
related matters. The board of trustees has fixed July 12, 2007 as the
record date for the determination of unitholders of Dundee REIT
entitled to receive notice of and vote at the special meeting. Under
