The Christian Family Book Shoppe, 190 Michigan Ave. in Smithers will host a Fenton art glass signing event on Saturday, March 23. The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The Christian Family Book Shoppe is celebrating its 25th year of serving the Upper Kanawha Valley. This year, it became one of the top 97 Fental Art Glass Showcase Dealers nationwide.

Mike Fenton, purchasing manager and safety director of Fenton Art Glass and grandson of the founder, will attend to meet with collectors of Fenton's fine handmade glassware and answer questions about the products and factory.
