* Excuse me for asking, but isn't putting a NASCAR track in
Flatwoods a little bit like trying to turn Branson, Mo., into a
country music mecca?
Or building a theme park on reclaimed swamp land in Nowhere-near-
a-beach, Fla.?
Or locating a pro football team in Green Bay, Wisc.?
