MONTGOMERY - Labels that wrap around items like plastic juice bottles and glass salsa jars could be the key to improving the Upper Kanawha Valley's business climate and the training for printing students at the West Virginia University of Technology.

The school is turning 10,000 square feet of an existing campus building into a publishing innovation center and adding a $170,000 flexographic printing press to its current printing facility. WVU- Tech will be the only school in West Virginia with flexographic equipment training.
