experience. Three performances this Friday, Jan. 23 will spotlight
the JADCO Contemporary Dance Company as its members present The
Thistledown Faeries at the West Virginia Cultural Center Theater in
the state Capitol Complex in Charleston. A full-scale ballet, The
Thistledowne Faeries will feature 13 of the JADCO dancers, ages 13 to
23, and nearly 40 area schoolchildren. A sort of Lord of the Ring-
lets, the ballet is the first of a three-part series set in
Edinburgh, Scotland. It is designed to captivate its audience with
the exploits of elves, wizards and dungeonwailers. The Thistledowne
