Article: No U.S. military deaths reported Friday in Iraq

As of Friday, 886 U.S. service members have died since the beginning of military operations in Iraq in March 2003, according to the Defense Department. Of those, 654 died as a result of hostile action and 232 died of nonhostile causes.

The British military has reported 59 deaths; Italy, 18; Spain, eight; Bulgaria and Poland, six each; Ukraine, four; Slovakia, three; and Thailand, two.
