Article: KRCC reviving concert series with Low/Veirs show

In late 1997, Warren Epstein, now The Gazette's Arts and Entertainment editor, lamented, "Through (KRCC's) sponsored concert series and free-form music shows, the station introduced me to Marc Cohn, Christine Lavin, David Wilcox and many other great artists. But in the past two years, the concert series has been dropped."

For those who loved those concerts of yore, there's great news: the KRCC (91.5 FM) concerts are back.

The radio station's first show in years will feature the dreamy, slow-paced, indie rock of Low. Singer-songwriter Laura Veirs will open the show, which is set for Saturday at Colorado College's Armstrong Hall.
