When Ted Martin was 7 years old, his father introduced him to martial arts and he has never looked back. He has been training for 25 years, first becoming a black belt in Ninjitsu at age 17 and then a black belt in Tae Kwon Do at 20 (where currently he's a fourth- degree black belt and will soon be testing for his fifth-degree belt).
