Article: Ballet 'Thistledowne Faeries' to be performed in Clay Center

The faeries are flying!

The Thistledowne Faeries, an original ballet performed by local artists, will be presented at 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 13 in the Clay Center in Charleston. This is the third production in a series of four, with the fairies lighting this year in Argentina for frolicking and fun.

This original production was created entirely by West Virginia artists. The show and educational outreach program was created by January Johnson Wolfe to bring all aspects of the ballet into the classroom.
