Sunday's game between the Steelers and Seahawks in Detroit brings
the NFL season to a final crescendo, but for college football
recruitniks, Wednesday's National Signing Day is their Super Bowl,
World Series and Wimbledon wrapped up into one event.
ESPNU and CSTV - the two relatively new national networks that
have planted their flag exclusively in college sports - will be
rolling out the heavy artillery.
ESPNU is promising "election-style" coverage of National Signing
Day with a six-hour special beginning at noon. Even if you are among
the majority of viewers who don't get ESPNU, if you have access to
most of the other ESPN networks, you can still get a heavy dose of
their signing day ...
