First seen as a concept car at the 2002 Detroit Auto Show, a new arrival in Toyota showrooms this spring is the 2007 FJ Cruiser.

Priced between Toyota's stalwart RAV4 and Highlander models, the FJ Cruiser has been designed to appeal, in eye and price (MSRP is approximately $22,315, according to an Associated Press report), to young males and give competitive fits to the likes of the Jeep Wrangler and Hummer H3. (According to reviewer Ann M. Job, the FJ Cruiser's overall length and width rival the H3, while packing more horsepower beneath the hood than either the Hummer and the Wrangler.
