Article: Get your fare share at the Folk Fair

With the 63rd Annual Holiday Folk Fair International just a week away, scents from foods served around the world will soon be wafting through the Wisconsin Exposition Center at State Fair Park. But this year, many of the dishes that will yield these wonderful aromas will be under wraps.

Cate Harris, who is in charge of Folk Fair food, said that every year a different food theme is chosen for the dishes served by vendors. For 2006, it's "Celebrate the Carriers of Culture."
